To let us know about an issue related to a specific order, you can

  • Select Connect with Instacart at the bottom of the Help Center homepage.
  • Select an issue/question under the order, Payments, charges & promos, or Instacart+.
    • Note: Selecting View order details on the order takes you to the order itself.
  • Select Get help at the bottom of any article in the Help Center.
  • Call 1-888-246-7822.

Remember, if you’re having a technical issue, the Instacart app is only compatible with—

  • Apple devices with an iOs or iPadOs version of 14.0 and higher
  • Android devices with an Os version of 5.1 and higher

To check and update your device’s operating system to the latest version, go here for Android devices and Apple devices. If you can’t update your device’s operating system to meet these requirements, you may have issues using the app. If this happens, please use Instacart.com instead.
