      Details

      Korbel Natural is a very dry, delicate vintage – a true representation of Korbel’s fruit-forward “house” style. It is made from the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in the cool climate of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. It features apple notes complemented by sweet flavors of orange, lime and raspberry.

      Korbel Natural' California Champagne is a blend of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

      Dosage level is kept to a minimum, allowing the crisp fruit character of Korbel Natural' California Champagne to fully develop.

      All Korbel California champagnes are made according to the traditional méthode Champenoise, in which the champagne is fermented inside the same bottle from which it is served.

      Directions

      Korbel Natural's crispness and balanced acidity make it a great Californai champagne to serve as an aperitif, with lighter fish dishes, raw oysters or poached shrimp. Natural also pairs well with most salads, eggs dishes and sushi.
