Canadian LTD is overseen by Drew Mayville, Sazerac's Master Blender. Mayville has over 40 years of Canadian Whisky making experience with 23 of those years at Seagram's, where he was the fourth and final master blender of the Seagram dynasty. Canadian LTD is an 80-proof Canadian whisky that has been aged for three years. The whisky is light amber in color. Aromas and flavors of maple sugar, vanilla and spice with a dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warm peppery finish. This whisky is wonderful for mixing in numerous cocktails.
