Symbol of the savoir-faire of our House, this non-vintage brut has a lovely clear yellow colour, accentuated by hints of old gold. The mousse is fine and white, making lively regular chains of bubbles. On the nose, you will immediately by charmed by its fullness, its seductive aromas of ripe fleshy fruit, dominated by yellow peaches and Mirabelle plums and by its notes of spices and honey, punctuated by hints of candied fruit evoking bergamot and orange peel. In the mouth, it combines fruitiness and a touch of pepper.
