Cynar 70 is a higher proof variation on the classic Cynar. Known for its versitility, Cynar 70 can replace a base spirit in many cocktails adding an herbal delicious twist to any classic.

CYNAR JULEP- 1 part Cynar , 1 part Bulldog Gin , 0.75 part Lime Juice , 0.5 part Simple Syrup , 2 -3 Cucumber Slices , Top with Ginger Beer, Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass filled with freshice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel.
