      A modern Australian Classic – showcasing varietal purity with a soft, enjoyable finish. This Merlot is deep garnet with a bright purple, red hue. On the nose, there is great lift and concentration of varietal spice and savory red fruits with a medium bodied palate and mouth filling dried cranberry and ripe strawberry juiciness that flows generously into structural, plush tannins. Pairs well with pizza or pasta, barbequed meats, vegetable stew or blue cheese. 13.9% alcohol by volume, 1.5L bottle. TA 5.9g/L, pH 3.47, G/F 4.4g/L
