Lobos 1707 Mezcal Artesanal is an exceptional, award-winning mezcal made from 100% Espadin agave grown on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. Each plant is harvested at peak ripeness, roasted in a traditional Oaxacan fire pit, and ground in a horse-pulled Egyptian mill. The resulting liquid is finished in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry wine barrel using the solera method to create a superior, all-natural mezcal that is unlike any other: deep and smooth, with a bold and lasting smoky finish and subtle, warm spice.
