Food Pairing: Mildly seasoned, grilled or poached fish or meat, sushi, tempura, sukiyaki, teriyaki, all Japanese foods, and many other Asian dishes.

Serving Temperature: Warm (Tips for Warming Sake: The ideal temperature is approximately 100 degree-150 degree F. Warm sake carafe in hot water in a few minutes. Never boil sake): excellent; Room Temperature: excellent; Chilled: good; On the Rocks & Cocktail: excellent.
