Our family's sustainably farmed estate vineyard is nestled in the eastern hills of Napa Valley where we harvest in three stages of ripeness. The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool 55 degrees with 3% aged in neutral French oak barrels. The result is a beautifully tropical and fresh wine with flavors of honeydew melon, passionfruit, guava and grapefruit. The hand that passes the rose keeps the aroma. Share the wine. Peju.com.
