      David Adelsheim's visit to Burgundy in the 1970s played a pivotal role in bringing Dijon clones of Chardonnay to America. This wine is made entirely from those clones and it represents the signature style of the Willamette Valley - intense aromatics and fruit character, fresh acidity, rich texture, and minimal oak influence.
