Details

The Perrin family has owned chateau de Beaucastel since 1909. Over the past five generations, the family has acquired not only great vineyards in the very best terroirs of the Southern Rhone valley, but also a great understanding of these terroirs. Les Sinards Rouge comes from the young vines at Chateau de Beaucastel (30%), and a neighboring vinery and farmed by Famille Perrin (70%). This blend of red Rhone varietals is formulated in stainless (50%), and Oak vats (50%), and aged in foudre (100%).

Directions

This wine pairs well with beef, veal, venison, duck, squab, capon and hard cheeses. Serve at 59 degrees F. Red wine.
