Exotic White Blend cocktail

3 oz. Ménage à Trois Exotic

1 oz. rum

½ oz. simple syrup

3 dashes of peach bitters

1 lemon wedge – freshly squeezed

splash of soda

In a shaker, combine Ménage à Trois Exotic, rum, simple syrup, peach bitters, and fresh lemon squeeze.

Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.

Pour over ice in your glass of choice and top with a splash of soda.

Garnish with pineapple stems.
